About the material
Ceramics give art substance
A tile mural is not a print behind glass. The image is absorbed into the glaze, making colour and texture part of the material itself. The fine joints between the tiles reveal how the work is put together — craftsmanship you can see up close, and a single image when viewed from a distance.
