This text is a translation. In the event of any differences, the Dutch version takes precedence.
Every tile mural is made especially for you, in your chosen size and design. This means there is no right of withdrawal and you cannot return an order.
No right of withdrawal
Under Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. All our tile murals fall into this category: each is made to order in your chosen size, proportions and design, or using your own image.
You will be informed of this before completing your order.
Check your order carefully
Before paying, check the design, number of tiles and dimensions. Would you like to change something? Get in touch as soon as possible. As long as production has not started, we will be happy to see what is possible.
Damaged or incorrect delivery
Has your tile mural arrived damaged, or does it not match your order? This is not a return, but a report of a production or delivery issue. Report it within 7 days of receipt through your account or send photos to info@mijntegeltableau.nl. We will assess the issue and arrange a repair or replacement if the complaint is justified.
No additional commercial warranty is offered. Your statutory rights in the event of a faulty or incorrectly supplied product always remain in effect.
