Privacy statement

Your name, email address, phone number (optional), delivery address, order and any comments. For bespoke orders, this also includes your uploaded image and the cropped tile preview.

To process, produce and deliver your order, to contact you about your order and to comply with statutory tax record retention requirements.

An image you upload stays in your own browser until you place an order. If you request AI advice, the image is analysed once and is not retained. Only when you place an order is the image stored in a secure environment accessible solely to us.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive any card details.

We keep order details for 7 years to comply with tax record retention requirements. We keep images from bespoke orders for up to 2 years after delivery so we can help with repeat orders.

We use functional storage in your browser, for example for your basket and cookie preference. We only use Google Analytics to measure how visitors use the site if you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. You can change this choice at any time by clearing your browser storage.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your email address and the time of your consent. We only use it to tell you about new designs and collections. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by emailing us; we will then delete your details.

You have the right to access, correct, delete and transfer your data. Send your request to info@mijntegeltableau.nl. You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
