Terms and conditions

1. Who we are
IDGift B.V., based at Vissenstraat 14, 7324 AL Apeldoorn, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 57843333, VAT number NL852760723B01. You can contact us via info@mijntegeltableau.nl.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to every offer from and every agreement with IDGift B.V.. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
3. Offers and prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs: Netherlands 6.95, Belgium and Germany 7.95, France and Luxembourg 9.95. Images on the website are as accurate as possible; slight differences in colour and sheen are inherent to ceramics and are not defects.
4. Formation of the agreement
The agreement is formed once you have paid for your order and received a confirmation with an order number.
5. Custom-made products and your own images
Each tile mural is made especially for you using your chosen design, size and any image you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the measurements you provide are correct and guarantee that you hold the rights to any images you upload.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to these products. Read more in our returns policy.
6. Payment
Payment is made in advance through our secure checkout. Production starts once payment has been received.
7. Delivery
Production takes 5 to 10 working days. Any stated timeframes are estimates. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
8. Warranty and complaints
No additional commercial warranty is provided. Has your tile mural arrived damaged or does it differ from your order? Please report this within 7 days of receipt through your account or email photos to info@mijntegeltableau.nl. If your complaint is valid, we will arrange a repair or replacement. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation.
10. Governing law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
